Micro-residence “Le Azalee” – Mirandola (Modena)

Rebuilding with wood aiming at social and technological innovation

It is a highly innovative project, which goes beyond the traditional protected housing. The building provides structural solutions that can also be used in the long term and sustainable from the point of view of environmental impact, made entirely of wood with the desire to recreate a domestic atmosphere in an environment with advanced construction technology.

The “Le Azalee” micro-residence is made up of six mini apartments and can accommodate up to 12 people and is characterized by a sequence of spaces which, in the combination of the different apartments, generate real specialized bands: individual spaces (bedrooms, small individual loggias), range of shared services (kitchenette, assisted toilets, technical rooms), range of convivial spaces (kitchen and dining room, living room for collective activities, common loggias).
